Beverage Facility Conveyor Belt Fabrication
Providing a custom solution for your unique problem is our specialty at Mathews Mechanical.
A large beverage facility reached out to us with a major problem: they needed help creating and installing new automatic conveyor belt and case packing equipment. Their current conveyor belt equipment required team members to flip bottles by hand along their production line, causing delays and ironically creating bottlenecks.
With no current equipment on the market to meet these unique needs, our team designed and installed a new conveyor belt that could grab entire cases of bottles and flip them automatically. Since then, the beverage facility has used our automatic conveyor belt for years, saving money and increasing manufacturing efficiency.
